I am a human rights expert with more than twenty years of experience with national human rights institutions, UN agencies, INGOs, NGOs and research institutions. I worked as volunteer, consultant, trainer and employee focusing on wide-ranging human rights issues from training on international human rights instruments to the development of national human rights strategies and cisis mangment.
My experience with the National Center for Human Rights in Jordan for a period of thirteen years included training, studies, strategic planning and developing the complaints system, as this required training of all government agencies and the NCHR staff on how to implement human rights agreements in the complaints system and to set up a mechanism to receive and follow up complaints and work to overcome violations, And various monitoring methods. And also how to coordinate with the various national authorities to address human rights violations, networking and others. And women empowerment
While based in Jordan, I trained counterparts in the MENA region and had assignments in eleven MENA countries. My short and long-term assignments have included training on human rights treaties, utilization of human rights instruments and reporting, refugee rights, women rights and countering hate speech. I conducted research on freedom of trade union, compatibility of Islamic fatwas with human rights, empirical studies on perceptions of human rights in Jordan, constitutional analysis from a human rights perspective, etc. Now, I’m Independent senior consultant with many human rights organization.

During my work at the National Center for Human Rights since 2004 to date in 2016 it has many tasks, such as training on various human rights issues and national legislation, women rights, the preparation of the annual report of human rights in the right fields in education, and the right to adequate standard of living and adequate, cultural rights, the right to work. Preparation for parallel reporting obligations of Jordan to the United Nations mechanisms in the field of human rights, whether the treaty committees and report the UPR and the International Committee for adoption of the national human rights institutions, coordination and the Committee of the Arab Charter and to provide the government in consultation for those international obligations, as you participate in the parliamentary election monitoring, and Chairman monitor municipal elections team, a fact-finding in various fields, a member of the technical committee to prepare a national plan for human rights, many of the project management in the field of human rights, including: refugees and human rights issues for a period of 8 years, confrontation violence against women, building capacity of civil society, political parties, the integration of rights education Human universities , human rights education in the school curricula, training of trainers.
